What lease terms are available?
We offer 12-month, 6-month, and month-to-month leases, depending on what works best for you. There are additional monthly rent fees for 6-month and month-to-month leases.
Do you allow pets?
Yes! We allow cats and dogs, for a total of up to two pets. There is an additional, nonrefundable security deposit of $200 per pet.
Is there parking?
It depends on the apartment you are viewing. Most of our buildings have either a parking lot, parking garage, or both. Check out our properties here to find out more information on which ones have off-street parking.
Is there storage?
Our units have great storage space within the unit, but if it's not enough for you, at most locations we offer storage lockers for rent at an additional monthly price. Check our our property information hereto find out if the apartment you're interested in has extra storage space.
Can I view an apartment before applying for it?
We always allow a prospective resident to view the exact unit they will be renting. Check out our current and upcoming availabilities here. Please contact our main office to schedule a showing. Please note that we must give our current residents proper notice, so we do not do same-day showings.
How do I reserve an apartment?
You can put down a prelease deposit at the time of a showing and that will reserve the unit for you. Please note this is a binding prelease security deposit and once put down, and application(s) approved, the unit is yours. It stops all advertisement and showings of the unit. If you choose to back out of the lease at any point after putting the deposit down but before signing a lease, you will lose the deposit.
How do I connect my utilities?
The agent helping you sign your lease will help to set up your utilities, as well as give you information on how to sign up for additional services such as cable, internet, and renter's insurance. Check out our Forms page if you need a copy of this information.
Where can I find information on the area I'll be living in?
Each property has its own unique neighborhood with restaurants, parks, mass transit, and more nearby! Check out Our Properties page which will give you more information on each property and its specific neighborhood.
How do I place a maintenance request?
You can submit a maintenance request here, or by contacting us directly. Please view our Maintenance FAQs to learn about the difference between a maintenance emergency and non-emergency. Most non-emergency maintenance requests will be fulfilled within two-three business days.
How do I pay my rent?
We have a variety of ways to pay rent for you to choose, making the process easy and convenient. You can send in rent to our main office location, you can pay using Venmo @OlympusProperties or PayPal at Office@OlympusPropertiesTC.com, or you can sign up for automatic bank withdrawals each month. You can also stop by our office to drop off rent. If you are sending in or dropping off rent, we accept personal checks, cashier's checks, money orders, and/or cash.
