SCCO Rental Discount Program
Available for residents living at The Darthmouth and The Castleton.
Get involved in the Stevens Square-Loring Heights neighborhood by volunteering through SSCO, and you'll receive special discounts on your rent through the Rental Discount program.
How to participate:

3. Submit your activity hours here.
4. Receive a rebate of up to $80 a month!*
*Per person per apartment.
Residents can receive money off their next month’s rent for volunteering at SSCO programs such as:
- Attending community meetings.
- Joining and walking with one of our Community Walking Groups.
- Maintaining green spaces in the summer, such as the Overlook Gardens.
- Participating in a neighborhood clean up, every Wednesday from 5:30 - 6:30pm in Stevens Square Park.
